We are very proud to the collection which we present under our own name ‘Summer Garden’. We sell our own label in 12 European countries. The high quality collection teak garden furniture, we design, produce and import ourselves since 1994. From our office in Semarang, Indonesia, we keep a close watch on our production.
The stylish and traditional aluminium garden furniture are from China, we also do produce them under own administration. Base for the international success is our excellent price-quality proportion. After all, because of handle the production and logistic ourselves, we can produce faster and less expensive. That’s more lucrative for all of us.
Respect for nature.
The interest for wooden garden furniture increases the last few years enormous. Teak is the right choice. Teak is strong, warm and attractive. Simple and pure. Because of teak contains resin and oils, it resists damaging influences from outside. That’s why this kind of wood is durable and free of service. The original colour can be kept if you treat the teak regular with teak oil or sealer. But it isn’t necessary, because a lot of people appreciate the silver grey colour teak gets after years. Just a matter of taste.
We buy the teakwood we need for our ‘Summer Garden’ collection from the plantations ‘Perum Perutani’, the Indonesian State forestry. The trees in these durable managed woods were cultivated for wood manufacturing. In this way, illegal cut down in wildlife area will stop and we help to save the future of the teak tree. The furniture are made by local people in small factories. We feel for responsible operating, in this way we take care for the milieu and for employment.
